Trust

from $25.00

My daughter in the ocean on NYE. It was cold, yet she was determined to swim. Noone else was in the water with the exception of 2 guys in wetsuits. I titled it "Trust" when I was painting it. I tend to lean on my own understanding, so I was thinking of how much she would have to trust God in this walk of life, which is true. When I finished, God brought to my attention that I have to trust Him with her. So, this piece is about that, even in the unknown, the fear, the adversity, our world, a great big ocean, I need to trust that God has her. Whew! It's truly a process! But I figure there are plenty of other parents out there that have the same thing going on, so the print is available if you need a visual in the same way that I do. The original isn't for sale, though. It's for my daughter.
